Press-On Nails:
- No Refunds: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds on press-on nails
- Exchanges or Replacements: If you receive a set of press-on nails with major quality problems, we offer an exchange or replacement set.
Exchange or Replacement Requests:
- Timeframe: Requests for exchanges or replacements must be made within 1-2 days of the order being delivered.
- Required Documentation: To process your request, you must submit a clear picture of the damaged product. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Shipping Costs: Customers will be charged for the cost of the return shipping label. This fee will be deducted from your exchange or replacement.
